Client Enquiry
Every placement begins with a careful and considered conversation. We welcome your initial enquiry and take the time to understand your circumstances, environment, and what you are looking for in a protection dog.
Screening & Assessment
We conduct a thorough client screening and compatibility assessment. This is not a formality — it is a critical step that ensures we place the right dog with the right family. We assess your lifestyle, property, existing pets, children, and security requirements.
Dog Selection & Matching
Based on our assessment, we identify and match a dog from our programme that is ideally suited to your requirements. Breed, temperament, training level, and personality are all carefully considered to ensure a seamless fit.
Handler Training & Handover
Before your dog comes home, you will complete our mandatory handler training programme. This structured handover ensures you understand your dog's commands, behaviour patterns, and ongoing care requirements — giving you complete confidence from day one.
Aftercare & Ongoing Support
Our relationship does not end at handover. Every client has access to our aftercare programme — including regular welfare checks, annual refresher training, and direct access to our specialist team for the lifetime of your dog.
